My prayer is that each of our friends & supporters of The Native American LINK, Inc. will experience a blessed time of Thanksgiving with family & friends.
"O, give thanks unto The Lord, for He is good; for his mercy endureth forever." Psalm 107:1 As I share this latest information, 16 Native Praise Choir members & one "roadie" (affectionately referring to the males who are willing to travel with us & help us on our journeys) are on Oklahoma roads traveling home after a whirlwind weekend of praise & worship with our Florida Seminole Indian Baptist churches.
We sang at four worship experiences. Such blessings! God is SO WORTHY! Next stop for the Native Praise Choir: The University of Oklahoma! We will sing at the Jacobsen House on Wednesday, November 19, 2014.
This is a special event for a particular course of study. May God be glorified! Get updates quicker by liking our Facebook page! Another great opportunity today!
The Native Praise Choir was honored to sing our Native American hymns of faith & to speak of our Christian faith to the Byng Public School students today. The students were so respectful & attentive! Also, Augusta Smith, LINK Director, will share about the ministry to Glorieta Baptist Church, Oklahoma City. Blessings, abundant! Our Saturday, November 8, 2014 will be spent with the Eufaula Indian Community with the Muscogee Creek Nation. The Native Praise Choir will be singing at 2PM.
The choir just returned from a glorious time spent with students of the Abundant Life Christian School in Sherwood, AR. Thank you for the many invitations we are receiving! We have arrived in Little Rock, AR safely.
Members of The Native Praise Choir will be singing Thursday morning, Nov 6 @ 8:45am at Abundant Life Christian School for their chapel service. We love these opportunities to minister to school children. Over time, we have no doubt, whatsoever, that God has called this group of women to be used for the purpose of bringing glory to His name, through the singing of our traditional Native hymns. Who could have known that these hymns would become such a means of communicating the love of God, even to those who don't speak/understand the tribal languages of our people? God's Holy Spirit speaks. We give Him praise. Pray for us! The Native American LINK, Inc. will be hosting the Willene Pierce Memorial Women's Conference.
The conference is scheduled for March 19-21, 2015 to be held at Glorieta Baptist Church, Oklahoma City, OK. This is a conference open to all our Native American women nation-wide, & friends of our ministry. It is not limited to Oklahoma tribes. Please spread the word, mark your calendars, & make plans now to attend. We strongly encourage your presence. (More Info + Registration Form) |
